Delivery policy

Blackbox Deals will use reasonable endeavours to deliver your products to the shipping address specified in your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that if you live in a rural area, it may take a little longer for the courier company to deliver your order.

All products will be couriered to your address by tracked courier. Our preferred courier company is CourierPost, however we may use other companies from time to time at our discretion.

Our 'free delivery' promotion applies to addresses within New Zealand only. For international delivery, please contact us for a quote.

Returns policy

We will ensure that our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act are met. If a product develops a fault within its warranty period, we will arrange have it repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. The cost of returning the faulty item to us is to be paid by the customer. We will cover the return delivery cost.

Please note that we will not offer a refund if you have changed your mind. Ensure that you choose your products carefully and make sure that they are compatible with your audio device.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
